A name or location entered in a search tool is sent directly to the outside company that operates that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its results. We do not keep a separate log or store those search terms on our systems.

The content identifies official Sarpy County and Nebraska sources, including the Sheriff, court clerks, Nebraska State Patrol Criminal Identification Division, and Nebraska Sex Offender Registry. Visitor information is not combined into a consumer report or a third-party dossier, and this website is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
